Welcome to the Ecureuils du Languedoc's website!

 We are bakers and wholesalers of delicious Cakes and Madeleines 'Ecureuils' - in Béziers - since the 50's, in accordance with the original recipes of their creator Mr FOURNET.

 The success of these pastries (up to 40 millions units) enabled Mr FOURNET to enlarge their distribution by a second factory (see history page) located in Grasse, in Provence (see history page).

 And so the renown of the ECUREUILS DU LANGUEDOC's products was transmitted from great-grandparents to grandparents, then... to parents. It's why we do the best to always improve our cakes and madeleines' quality and savours for perpetuating this original tradition.

 To remember that kind of « childhood parfum » the new packaging in use is directly inspired by the original packaging illustrated by an old fashion little squirrels' drawing.

 To meet our customers' expectations our traditional recipes retrieve that unique former taste : 35 % fruits in our Cake Ecureuils Cherry we produce since april 2007 !
