 Our products are made of best ingredients and we constantly test their quality through technical processes as the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).

 This process of identification is used in the food industry to identify potential food safety hazards, so that key actions, known as Critical Control Points (CCP's) can be taken to reduce or eliminate the risk of the hazards being realized. It is used at all stages of production and preparation processes.

 So are evaluated and restrained :
  • Microbiologic hazard
  • Chemical hazard
  • Material hazard.
